We are an Umeboshi company from Wakayama Japan. We are here to present special craft sake and a variety of cuisine, using Nanko Ume, to our new sake bar in Neutral Bay Sydney.
Wakayama Prefecture is blessed with a scenic and rich natural environment.
In brewing industries, each brewery competes for traditional techniques, using carefully selected rice suitable for sake.

Our chef “Tamaki” who is a former head chef of the famous Suntory Restaurant. He creates an outstanding mix of Sashimi and Sushi to complement our sake.
