J Culture Sydney Pty, Ltd. is dedicated to promoting the appeal of Japanese culture to the world.
In 2019, we launched 【JAPAN EXPO】 following the success of the "Japanese Traditional Performing Arts Festival" held at the Sydney Opera House. This initiative aims to introduce the Japan Brand—celebrated worldwide for its traditional culture, natural beauty, outstanding products, high-quality education, sports excellence, and advanced technology—to a global audience.
Now in its fifth year, 【JAPAN EXPO】 serves as a dynamic platform to deepen exchange between Japan and Australia. Through tourism promotion campaigns, performances by renowned Japanese artists, and international sports events, we are contributing to stronger ties between the two nations.
By adopting a hybrid format, 【JAPAN EXPO】 ensures a sustainable and effective way to share Japan’s strengths with the world, while also supporting the continued growth of the Japanese economy.
In 2025, we are honored to host an official ceremony at 【JAPAN EXPO】 commemorating the 45th anniversary of the sister city relationship between Sydney and Nagoya. The event will be celebrated with the participation of the Mayor of Nagoya, a member of the Sydney City Council, and various public and private sector representatives.
